Every construction and demolition project requires management. This means that the project supervisor supervises the execution of the work and compliance with the specifications. Any changes to specifications are dealt with adequately by him. We will be happy to provide project management for your project. We do so skilfully, pragmatically and committedly, while communicating openly and clearly about progress.

For sustainable construction, figures matter. Think of figures for CO2, nitrogen or particulate matter reduction. We are happy to map these for you by means of parameters. We can also map environmental Life Cycle Analyses (LCA). This is a method that shows the impact of products and human activities on the environment. Special calculation models are used for this purpose. An LCA considers the entire life cycle of a product or activity.

Om de gevaren van een mogelijke brand of de uitbreiding ervan te beperken, zijn er bouwkundige voorzieningen noodzakelijk. Deze bestaan uit verschillende deelgebieden, die wij volledig of in deelgebied kundig uitvoeren. Het gaat dan om:

• Installing fire-resistant seals so that interruptions in the fire separation disappear. This often involves pipes, tubes or cable ducts running through walls, ceilings or floors.
• Installing fire-resistant doors, floors and/or ceilings so that any fire cannot spread to other rooms.
• Installing and fitting fire-resistant glazing.
• Carpentry of main load-bearing structures or other carpentry work such as walls and shafts.
• Applying fire-resistant coatings to steel main and supporting structures.
