We find it very important that our employees continue to develop themselves. That is why they continuously follow professional and social training courses. This means that they not only receive courses and training on laws and regulations, products and product applications. Our materials and tools enable us to work to the highest standards. Of course, the safety of our employees is the main focus here. In our hiring policy, Social Return On Investment (SROI) is a weighting factor. We regularly hire people on the basis of our SROI policy. We also fill a few traineeships every year and give guest lectures or demonstrations at schools.
