We are happy to take care of the final implementation. In a renovation project, our specialisation also lies in an eye for sustainability.

To limit the dangers of a potential fire or its spread, building services are required. These consist of various sub-areas, which we carry out fully or in sub-areas expertly. These include:

• Installing fire-resistant seals so that interruptions in the fire separation disappear. This often involves pipes, tubes or cable ducts running through walls, ceilings or floors.
• Installing fire-resistant doors, floors and/or ceilings so that any fire cannot spread to other rooms.
• Fitting and installation of fire-resistant glazing.
• Carpentry of main supporting structures or other carpentry work such as walls and shafts.
• Applying fire-resistant coatings to steel main and support structures.

Installation-based fire prevention involves the installation and possible operation of systems that limit a possible fire. It involves

• Emergency lighting when a fire occurs, often the power will go out or it will become dark due to smoke. Emergency lighting is then a means of helping people escape the premises. We are happy to take care of that.
  Installing sprinklers. For larger areas in utility rooms or special purpose buildings, a sprinkler system is a good solution. It can fight incipient fires quickly and automatically. We can take care of that for you.

• Installing fire alarm systems. Under certain conditions, a building must have a fire alarm system. We place them where they are needed and make sure it all works properly.
• Installation of fire and butterfly valves. Fire dampers or butterfly valves sometimes need to be installed in ventilation and air handling ducts. We take care of it.
• Placing fire extinguishers. Extinguishing agents include reels, fire extinguishers or powder extinguishers. We ensure that they are installed and, of course, that they work.

Making escape plans, evacuation plans and placing signs are aspects that belong to organisational fire prevention. Fire starts with the people themselves, it is sometimes said. After all, they take the risk of starting a fire. Then it is just as sensible to have their dangers, including organisational ones, mapped out.

We record all our work in a software application developed by ourselves. We use this beforehand when surveying a property to map the status of fire safety. We also use this app afterwards, for instance when fire safety modifications have been made.

In our software, we indicate on drawings where a fireproof application is located, what the specifications of this application are, what the product certificates and certificates are and we take a picture of the situation. All applications are clearly administered in this way, forming a digital logbook. This logbook can be viewed online via our web portal. This form of administration has many advantages for us, but especially for you as the client. After all, all activities and applications can be viewed directly by you.
